 I’ve lived in Denver the majority of my life. I didn’t go to college there and I’ve lived in several other states since graduating, but it will always be my first home. Denver (and Boulder for the sake of this post) has been at the forefront of gluten free eating. It’s one of the easiest places to find food. And as fantastic as that is, it can be a bit difficult to see through the fog and find the amazing food Denver has to offer. In a city with this many options, just having gluten free bread doesn’t mean it’s the best choice available to you. Here are some of my favorites!
